I'm posting a new strategy here until it's done, damnit. And if I miss a day, feel free to spam my PM box to remind me to get it done.
With that said, let's start:
Roll: Mega Man’s Girlfriend “Aishiteru, Rock Man”
Health Level: 1500
Speed: Fast
Movement Range: All panels
Attacks: Roll Teleport, Roll Arrow (Secret Chip), Roll Flash (Summon Attack), Enemy Summon
Suggested Chips: Chips that don’t require aiming, chips that hit multiple enemies
Suggested NC Blocks: None
Suggested Souls: Search/Number
Element: Recovery
You know, I gotta agree with Lan on this one: Something about fighting against Roll does seem wrong. But you know what? This girl can fight. And damn well too. Her movement is teleporting around. But every so often, she’ll spin around. This is the Roll Teleport. It doesn’t really do anything special. It just throws off the rhythm of the fight. Her most basic attack, Roll Arrow, isn’t very strong. But you should avoid it at all costs. Because if you get hit by the Roll Arrow, all chips you have currently selected are automatically destroyed. Imagine having 5 powerful chips, ready to be unleashed. Then you get hit by Roll Arrow. Bye bye unleashing…. Anyway, Roll’s second attack is the one she’s been using since BN1. She’ll teleport right in front of you and use those things coming out of her head to slap you around. This attack actually does quite a bit of damage. Just be thankful she doesn’t recover energy when she uses this attack. When about half of her energy is gone, Roll will use the Enemy summon. She will use the Roll Teleport, but she when she reappears, there will be a virus in tow. So far, the only virus I’ve seen her summon is a mettaur. It’s not really a problem. Just keep on hitting her and she’ll lose.
